Address pain points and craft solutions

Users often have wants and needs, but they may not be able to express them clearly. Therefore, it is essential to elicitate users' requirements rather than purely collect or gather the requirements. 

Instead of narrating the whole project process, here I extracted some of my presentation materials for meetings with users as well as the 'before & after' UI screens to showcase the result and deliverables.
